Over the last 2 years our aircraft completions consulting business has performed the following services: 1.14 ea. Aircraft completion management (of which 9 in the past 8 months); 2.28 ea Aircraft acceptance services, and 3.32 ea Aircraft registration. As every aircraft is different, exterior paint, interior furnishings, avionics, cockpit, cabin equipment it is important that each customer gets a plane that is especially tailored to their needs. ExecuJet offer a service which manages everything from the specification and options selection (contract support), interior design, green aircraft inspection and acceptance to the final inspection and acceptance, ensuring the delivery of your aircraft without a hitch. Aircraft Interior Design Management

1. Design Package Creation

ExecuJet would complete the specification, layouts, material selection, technical selection and cabinet design for you, utilizing the highest quality materials and the newest technologies to satisfy the most demanding styles and ambiances. Whilst, recommending the best technical centers for the completion of your aircraft.

2. Design Process Management

ExecuJet manage the whole design process and ensure the engineering dept. complete each task to your specific requirements. If there are any issues raised during a quality inspection, each are carefully documented and corrected with a transparent communication channel directly to the customer through-out the completion process.

What are the Completion Management Steps?

• Consulting and assisting the customer in establishing the completion specification contract
• Reviewing and comparing the completion drawings
• Acting as contact and communication interface between the customer and the completion centre
• Completing green aircraft inspections
• Performing regular on-site progress-inspections during the completions process
• Providing the customer with regular status and progress reports

What are the Acceptance and Final Steps?

• Conducting a conformity inspection of the completed aircraft against the specification contract
• Reviewing all documentation for definitive content and accuracy
• Checking manufacturing dates on all calendar life limited components and the status and performance of components which were replaced during the completions process
• Accomplishing ground and in-flight checks in connection to the functionality and serviceability of all aircraft systems as applicable
• Attending to the full endurance cold-soak flight to assure that all systems work as specified
• Reviewing final customized product quality functionality and aesthetics, focusing heavily upon the appearance of the interior, the quality and integrity of the exterior paint work and all finishing touches in respect of the overall aircraft
• Consulting and assisting the customer in the evaluation of service providers for component support, aircraft, engine and major systems maintenance and communications like SATCOM

Painting

• Painting is a main part of the completion so ExecuJet do offer that, also
• ExecuJet control, verify and accept the entire exterior painting process (temperature, humidity...)
• Exterior painting: we review and control after paint application that the different aspects of the paint completion have been respected and that we fulfill the highest standards in quality and overall appearance.
