ExecuJet Australia extends Embraer’s worldwide authorised network

Embraer has appointed ExecuJet Australia Pty. Ltd as its exclusive authorised executive jet service provider in Australia.

São José dos Campos, February 1, 2010 - Embraer has appointed ExecuJet Australia Pty. Ltd.
as its exclusive authorized executive jet service provider in Australia. ExecuJet has been
offering services to all of Embraer's Legacy 600 customers since January 2010, including
warranty and line and heavy maintenance. During this year, ExecuJet will expand its role to
support Phenom customers.

According to André de Castilho Silva, Embraer Director of Customer Support and Services -
Asia Pacific, "the appointment of an authorized center in Australia marks the next step in the
expansion of our Executive Jets support and service network in Asia Pacific. We have chosen
to partner with ExecuJet, in Australia, because they offer very comprehensive coverage in the
country and will extend the high standard of quality we are committed to providing to our
executive jet owners and operators."

The global aviation service provider will also offer 24-hour Aircraft On Ground (AOG)
support for Embraer executive jets based in Australia and traveling through the region, out of
its Melbourne service center, complemented by its Sydney and Brisbane maintenance bases.
"As a comprehensive business aviation service provider, we are delighted to be associated with
Embraer for the support of business jets in Australia," commented Alastair Creighton Jones,
Managing Director of ExecuJet Asia Pacific. "ExecuJet has an established network of facilities
with a well-earned reputation as the premier business jet maintenance provider in the region.
We look forward to a long and successful partnership in supporting the Embraer fleet."

This appointment coincides with the delivery of the first Legacy 600 executive jet in
Australia, at the end of 2009. It also marks the inaugural arrangement between Embraer and
ExecuJet in that country's executive aviation market. Australia will be the third country in
Asia Pacific in which Embraer has dedicated executive jet service centers. Embraer's two
other authorized service centers are located in India and Singapore.
